Location of Exhibits: Sheraton Westport Chalet – St. Louis, Missouri


Installation Hours:
Exhibitors may set up their exhibits starting at noon on Wednesday, September 26. Exhibits must be set up by 12 p.m.  An exhibitor welcome session will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Description of Exhibit: 6 ft. table draped with tablecloth and skirt with two chairs are furnished with each space. The exhibit hall is carpeted.

Hours of Exhibition: Exhibits Hours:

  •         12 p.m. to  7 p.m. on Wednesday, September 26
  •         7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 27
  •         7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, September 28

        
All materials MUST be removed from the exhibit area by

3 p.m. on Friday, September 28

Liability for Losses: The Midwest Regional Payroll Conference Organization will not be responsible for loss or carnage which might ensue from any cause in connection with transfer, installation, maintenance, storage or removal of exhibits or management of the conference. Also, the organization will not be responsible for damage, loss or theft.

Exhibit and Sponsor Payments: Payments must be paid in full at the time of registering.

Cancellation: No cancellations will be accepted after July 31,2018.  If cancelling, a $150 processing fee will be deducted.
